Lunch & Learns are a great way to have your club, staff meeting or group learn the essential principles of health and healing while enjoying a catered meal. We love doing these events and find it exciting to meet so many community members and share the message of natural wellness and simple strategies they can implement to improve their life, increase productivity, reduce injuries and avoid illness.
Most Lunch & Learns start with delivery of food to your employees about 15 minutes before the start of the event. Our lunch seminars usually include 15-30 minutes on a topic of your choice that is applicable and helpful for your group.
Our most popular topics are:
Why Chiropractic Care is Essential for Optimal Health
Healthy Tips for Weight Loss
Ergonomics for a Pain Free Workday
Double Your Energy so you can Double Your Outcomes
Secrets to Healthy Longevity
Women’s Health Seminar
Stress to Success Seminar
After our powerful seminar we do free computerized spinal scans for the audience members. Our scans detect any inflammation along the spine that may be linked to or causing health problems like neck pain, allergies, digestive issues, headaches, numbness in the hands and other common health challenges.
Attendants fill out a brief one sided health survey by checking off any areas of health they want more information on. After the event we email each attendant a link to top foods to help with the selected conditions, what foods to avoid, best supplements and explain what areas of the spine may be involved.
We have done health events and/or lunch and learns at many locations:
Lansing Central School, Tompkins County YMCA, MOPS Groups, Arthritis Support Groups, Lifelong, Groton Central School, Nutritional Wellness Center, Bus Garages, Greenstar, Candor Central School, Fire Halls, CBORD, Curves, CFCU, Neilson, sports teams and many other wonderful groups.
