Raspberry Banana Smoothie– Servings: 1
For the raspberry lover.
1 raw organic egg or healthy protein powder
3 tablespoons coconut milk yogurt or 1/3 can organic coconut milk
¼ to ½ cup frozen berries or fresh raspberries
1/2 of a banana
Water to desired consistency
1 teaspoon greens powder or handful of raw spinach or Kale (optional)
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Mix everything together in a blender.
