New Patients at Ithaca Family Chiropractic
When you go to a new health care provider, you want to know what to expect. Here, you’ll find the process that each of our new patients goes through, step-by-step. Your first visit is longer in duration; subsequent visits will be much shorter. Please note we are only accepting new patients living in Ithaca and the surrounding area.
Your First Visit
Your first appointment will typically take around 30-45 minutes and cost either your insurance copay or $40, depending on your insurance. This will be reviewed with you so there won’t be any surprises.
At this appointment, you can expect the following:
- A comprehensive chiropractic consultation to understand your health history and a review of your new patient paperwork.
- An examination to look into any area(s) of concern.
- X-rays, if needed. We are the only chiropractic office in the area with state-of-the-art digital X-rays in the office.
- A safe and specific chiropractic adjustment.
